According to a Reddit post, content creators' channels are allegedly being terminated by fake copyright strikes from entities like "Nocturne Starlit" and "Remove Tech," which are reportedly using AI-generated email responses and websites to impersonate Nintendo and issue fraudulent claims.
[Remove Tech and Nocturne Starlit] Channels are getting terminated again by fake copyright strikes (Remove Tech / Onsist / Muso TNT / Nocturne Starlit)Back in January, a bunch of our channels got terminated by fake copyright claims from "Twilight Muse" using Onsist impersonating nintendo. After pushing back, we managed to get them retracted and our channels restored by emailing them/6 months later, it's happening all over again.This time it's under a new name ("Nocturne Starlit") via Remove Tech (anna berninghaus at remove tech), and they targeted the exact same old videos.We tried emailing them back and we're getting no response. Muso TNT, Onsist, Remove Tech, they all seem to be using some type of AI to run things. The email responses and their websites seem almost completely AI generated.What can be done?
