Description of the customized video generation process

Zomato aimed to create a memorable and personalized Mother's Day experience using generative AI. Recognizing India's deep admiration for celebrities, the idea was to capture the joy on mothers' faces when they received a message from their favorite stars. This innovative approach not only enhanced user engagement but also positioned Zomato as a brand that goes beyond food delivery, creating memorable and emotional moments for their users.

Partnering with Resemble AI

To create a personalized Mother's Day campaign, Zomato partnered with Resemble AI and Truefan. This collaboration aimed to leverage advanced AI technology to generate personalized video messages from beloved Bollywood celebrities, providing a unique and memorable gift experience for users

Voice Recording and Training

Truefan pre-recorded video messages from celebrities, which were then enhanced using Resemble AI's state-of-the-art text-to-speech (TTS) models. These models recreated each celebrity’s voice with high fidelity, capturing the essence and nuances necessary to produce realistic and emotionally engaging messages. The AI was trained to accurately pronounce names from various dialects across India, ensuring each message felt authentic and personalized.

Integrating AI-Powered Voiceovers

The AI-generated voice clones were seamlessly integrated into the pre-recorded video messages. Each video began with a celebrity greeting the mother by name, creating a cohesive and personal touch.
